Weiss AG’s business objectives are the development, manufacturing and distribution of professional 3D and 360\u00b0 capturing hardware and software for image processing and Visual Asset Management.<\/p>

Our first product, the\u00a0Civetta<\/a>, is a professional 360\u00b0 photogrammetry camera and the 6th generation is still world leading in resolution, precision and speed.<\/p>

The\u00a0Megascops<\/a>\u00a0is a stationary 3D scanner designed for object scanning in museums.<\/p>

One of our latest hardware projects is the\u00a0I-Detic<\/a>, a portable high resolution 3D scanner, used to capture 3D point clouds, orthophotos and more.<\/p>

Weiss AG is a high-tech company with the legal form of a stock company founded on 07.07.2008 in Kaiserslautern Germany.\u00a0<\/p>

Dr. Marcus Weiss, the founder and chairman of the management board studied mechanical and process engineering. In the year 2000 he finished his PhD with Grade 1 at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He holds several patents and won 7 national and international prices for innovative developments.<\/p>
